I’m Dr. Jeff Winer, a licensed clinical psychologist.
I am a researcher, treatment developer, and clinical consultant at the Trauma and Community Resilience Center, within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. In addition to my work at Boston Children’s Hospital, I provide outpatient telehealth treatment within a private psychotherapy practice based in Lexington, MA. I also continue to provide group treatment at the McLean Hospital 3East Adolescent DBT Partial Hospital Program.
I hold full-time faculty appointments at Boston Children’s Hospital (Attending Psychologist) and Harvard Medical School (Instructor of Psychology). I also hold a per diem appointment at McLean Hospital (Psychologist).
I received my undergraduate degree from Grinnell College and my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I completed my clinical internship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School and my fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
